To better execute our culture and beliefs, we have created a formal code of conduct, which applies to everyone at Zai Lab, in every function, in every country and at every level. It serves as a roadmap to help every one of us ensure that, in all of our interactions, we protect ourselves and our company, ensuring that Zai Lab continues to be known as an organization that is honorable as well as successful.
